We are preparing for your arrival to drop off your luggage! Below you will find all the details you need to find our location and access our secure building!

Upon Arrival:
** PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER OFFICES IN OUR BUILDING AND HELP US IN KEEPING THE NOISE AT A MINIMUM.
We are located inside the “EXPANSIVE Building” which you will enter from Union Street. When you arrive you will find a digital call box by the building’s main entrance, please use the directory to search for Luggage Drop this will let you into the building. (If you have any trouble please call and we will be glad to help )
*NOTE: ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU BUZZ US SO WE KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED!
Once Inside:
Proceed to the elevators, and take them down to the lower level, me or one of my staff will be waiting to meet you there to collect your items and give you your claim card!
*NOTE: IF YOUR RESERVATION IS ON THE WEEKENDS OR AFTER HOURS, PLEASE WAIT IN THE LOBBY FOR A BAG CATCHER TO MEET YOU.
