ABOUT NLD
We are a group of avid travelers who have (more times than we care to admit) found ourselves in a new city wanting to rapidly start exploring the sights and sounds that city has to offer, only to be burdened down with bulky luggage packed full of our precious stuff.
In 2019 We launched Nashville Luggage to help ease that pain point for travelers visiting the awesome city of Nashville!
We know your personal belongings are super important to you, and we are sure you have a few questions, but we might have answered them before!
Where are my items stored?
Our location is only steps from Broadway, and in the heart of the Art District. Our location offers a dedicated storage room in a designated area that’s off-limits for customers. All items will be tagged and sealed to make sure you can go about your day free from worry.
What if my plans change?
You can edit your booking at any time by simply giving us a call at 615.802.3500 or emailing us at hello@nashvilleluggagestorage.com
Is there a maximum item size?
If one person can pick it up, we’ll take it! If you have questions, reach out to hello@nashvilleluggagestorage.com
What can I store?
You tell us! Think of us as your personal storage locker all around the city. Use NLD to store luggage, gym bags, backpacks, massage tables, sales material, or whatever is holding you down.
Are my items safe?
We store your items safely out of reach from other customers. We also tag and seal every item, so you can store your things knowing they won’t be tampered with.
Our storage room is located on a private storage floor with restricted key card access and behind a locked steel door that requires a security key to enter!
So rest assured that your items are safe with NLD!
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel for any reason, simply send us a text before the start of your drop-off time and we will help you cancel your reservation.
Please Note: Due to the cost associated with preparing the single-use security tags, etc for your items, refunds can not be guaranteed if requested after your check-in time.
